Many problem behaviours like those listed below can be solved with positive training techniques. Not all problem behaviours can be fixed by obedience training. Our initial visit (1.5 - 2 hours) will provide a detailed assessment, solutions outlined and follow up plans if required Is your dog highly excited by outside events, or by people, or with other dogs. Is he/she lunging, pulling, barking uncontrollably at these times. Do you have trouble controlling your dog in these circumstances. If so your dog may be Reactive. There are ways to help your dog calm down and give you back the control you want. We will help you understand your dog's behaviour and start you on a treatment plan that is easy to follow and which will bring about changes in your dog's behaviour. Want to learn what to do without using aversive techniques ?  There are gently positive solutions to these problems! You don't need to "correct your dog" using aversive techniques.  On our initial visit (1.5 - 2 hours) we will will provide a detailed plan. Dog Aggression Are you worried that your dog may be aggressive? Has your dog bitten? Understanding your dog and what constitutes dog aggression is vitally important! Handling aggressive behaviors with rough handling or ggression is not the solution and in fact using aggressive techniques may contribute to the behavior. We will help you understand your dog's behavior and start you on a treatment plan that is easy to follow which will bring about changes in your dog's behavior.  We can help you sort through the maze of information you have probably already received and give you some solid advice to help you and your dog. Initial assessment is about  2 hours.
